Actual service availability, plans, speeds, promotional pricing, and terms vary by exact address and are determined solely by the applicable internet service provider. Any references to savings or lower rates are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular price, discount, or savings. Final pricing and eligibility are confirmed only during your call and by the applicable provider.
Calls to the number displayed on the Site are initiated by you and are free to place, though your carrier's standard rates may apply. Calls may be recorded and monitored as described in our Privacy Policy. Sales agents you speak with may be employees or independent contractors of P50 Digital or its contracted partners.
P50 Digital receives compensation from participating internet service providers and marketing partners in connection with sales generated through the Site and related telephone calls. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ANY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PROVIDER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P50 Digital from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
